<p><strong>PRIVACY POLICY</strong></p><p>This Privacy Policy describes and governs the manner by which "Users" (Collectively) personal information is collected, stored, used, maintained and shared when users (each, the "User") navigate, visit or make a purchase from Tutory (the “Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Tutory.</p><p>We take extreme care handling your sensitive and private data here at Tutory, and will use your personal information to administer your account and provide you the relevant products and services you have requested from us. However, we may from time to time contact you with details of relevant offers or new services only in the event that you have provided consent to contact you and receive such information from us. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, phone number, gender, email contact, address, city or location, credit card information, academic qualification or degree, job title, date of birth, languages spoken, University name, preferred service locations, services offered if any, schedule availability for providing such services, and pricing for such services Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. Additionally, as Users browse the Site, we may collect information about the individual web pages or products or services that they view, what websites or search terms referred them to the Site, and information about how Users interact with the Site including any data pertaining to a purchase made through the Site, including name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number, IP address etc.  We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily agree to share such information with us. Users can always decline to provide personally identification information, except where this may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.</p><p><strong>Non-personal identification information </strong></p><p>We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they engage with our Site or services. For example, enabling each Student User to find and meet a Tutor User of choice, or to allow a Tutor user in the event that they are booked using our service to see the location of the Student User who booked their services. </li><li>To improve customer service and experience: Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.</li><li>To process transactions and payments: We may use sensitive information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations) and or to screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. We process these transactions through 3rd party payment processing services. We do not store or share this information with third parties except to the degree necessary to provide our service.</li><li>To administer a survey, content, promotion, or other Site feature: To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics or services we believe may be of interest to them and or in line with the preferences the users have shared with us, to provide them with information or advertising relating to our products or services.</li><li>To send periodic emails, calls, SMS, and notifications: The email address and mobile contact information users provide when registering to our services or when processing orders, will only be used to communicate with the users, including provision of information and updates pertaining to their transaction activity. It may also be used to respond to a user's inquiries, and/or other requests.
